Yeghevnut Hotel - Goris

We loved the location of this hotel, situated next to a forest. The room was verynice and neat, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the large terrace with fine views.

Nothing to dislike.

It was conveniently located near the highway and surrounded by a beautiful forest. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. the bathroom facilities were well-maintained. the breakfast was delicious and there were several options to choose from. the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the panoramic view of the city from the balcony.

The payment device could be improved to avoid any inconvenience during check-out.

Celebrating New Year's Eve in the mountains was a fantastic experience, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The staff was welcoming and gave us warm Armenian wine upon arrival. The traditional Armenian dinner was delightful, and the local music ensured everyone had a great time. The rooms were cozy, with comfortable beds and warm shower water. The location was ideal for skiing enthusiasts and nature lovers.

The hotel's heating system was not powerful enough for the chilly winter nights, making the rooms uncomfortably cold. The breakfast buffet was limited, and some of the food seemed stale. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk was not knowledgeable about nearby tourist attractions, and we were unable to explore the area fully. The Wi-Fi signal was also weak and unreliable, which made it challenging to stay connected with loved ones during the holiday season. our stay could have been better if the hotel had improved its amenities and services.

The scenery around the hotel is breathtaking, it's nestled in a beautiful forest with stunning views from the terrace. the breakfast was tasty and was a great way to start the day before exploring the city. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, it was a nice touch to be greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival.

The room was not as clean as expected, the sheets and towels had stains. There was also a strange smell in the room that didn't go away.
